During her time in Deerington she has only really made one close piece of CR that I will make a note of here and that is of Vira-Lorr. They started off with playful teasing and light flirting. Minako enjoying the attention it brought her. But as time went on Minako realised that the two of them honestly had a good few things in common and this is in part what lead to them eventually deciding to give a relationship a go.
For Minako actually being in a relationship is a rather huge deal considering she had long accepted that it might not happen and had come to be okay with that. It shows that she has grown a bit in that aspect that yes she can find love and still be able to do her job and put it first.
In game Minako had a moment with Makoto who at the time was dealing with her boyfriend waking up. Minako used that time to open up, soemthing she had never done before and talked about Phantom Ace. This is someone who for the most part is important to Minako and to open up finally to one of her team mates about him and about what happened to get them to understand that she gets it shows that Minako finally is okay to being open about things that have happened and shows just how close she is to her team mates not just as Scouts but as really close friends.
Now for the negatives. The incident involving Serenity (Usagi) and the death of both her and Makoto really hit Minako in a rather massive negative way. Minako herself when it was all over started to get a sense of blaming herself internally. Thinking that she was not strong enough or smart enough to do anything. SHe felt useless in that she didn't do anything to try and stop it even though nothing could have honestly been done.
It's still something that affects Minako as Minako now takes mistakes or failures a lot more harshly than she might have done previous, perhaps maybe going as far as to over do things in the future if she feels like that will help. She even had shown signs of this at least once in game when as Venus she went out and fought monsters to the point of near exhaustion. The only reason it never got worse in that instance was because of interference.
Another negative that happened in game was Minako's own indecisiveness due to the lack of understanding to the whole egg situation. Due to not really knowing about each person the egg belongs to beyond well... her own. Minako had to make a choice based on what she was told from her friends. It shows that there are times Minako even though she is a leaded can and will make choices based on what others are doing. Plus she also feels bad that she might have made the wrong choice due to again not understanding certain people.
Deer Country Attributes
• Canon Powers:
Venus Crystal Power, Make Up - This is the phase used by Minako to be able to transform into Sailor Venus. The crystal in question is essentially a part of her and is what she uses in order to transform. If anyone was able to get their hands on it she would essentially die much like the others.
As Sailor Venus she herself is able to use a few attacks which are as follows:
Venus Love Me Chain - This attack is a simple one that uses the belt she wears as Sailor Venus to attack the enemy. With this attack, she uses for pretty much like one would a sword. She can also use it to grab someone if, for example, they are trying to get away.
Rolling Heart Vibration - This attack that she uses sends out an attack from her hands, usually this attack is heart-shaped towards the enemy.
Venus Love and Beauty Shock - With this attack, Minako's Love Chain gained a new ability that when used will unleash a powerful blast of energy when she holds the chain out in front of her.
Sailor Planet Attack - With all the other Sailor Senshi they are together able to perform an attack against someone using the powers of their respective planet together.
Compact - This item has been used a lot during Codename Sailor V and at least once in Sailor Moon. With this compact Minako in Salior V used it to fire an attack known as Crescent Beam and another known as Love Crescent Shower. It was also used to be able to give her a disguise whenever she asked for it. Although it wasn't shown in the Sailor Moon manga until one scene later on, but it shows that she still carries it on her person.
Athletic:
Given her sporty side to herself and the fact she's had some form of training from video games, Minako is physically capable to cause even if it is a little bit of damage to her enemy. It also makes her a little bit more flexible when it comes down to it as well.
Healing:
Much like the others, Minako's healing seems to be a little bit fast than that of a normal person as when she gets hurt they seem to be better not too long afterward.
Glamour:
Much like the others when Minako is Sailor venus and vice versa people are unable to tell one from the other even if you manage to put a picture of the two together. The only exception of this is if she is caught just before or after a transformation and if leaving the area where Venus was or of course those who can see through things like that.

Minako's blood manifestation will be all about emotional control. Singing certain styles of songs will help someone's emotional state depending on what she sings. She could help calm someone down if they are angry, cheer them up if they are sad so long as she sings the correct song. Singing the wrong one could turn out vastly different. I haven't 100% nailed down the exacts of what emotional control she can do but that is pretty much the basics of it that will of course change most likely over time.
But it's a method that both works for Minako as a character and for what I am hoping to do with her in game.
To note her blood abilities will be stronger than her canon powers. This is mostly so I can play Minako in a way without relying on her Venus abilities.

Personality:
When we first meet Minako in the Sailor V manga, Minako is shown to be someone on the athletic side, even going as far as to attempt a tricky move on the bars on the first page of the manga. She was shown to have the confidence to even attempt such a trick, even if it meant she got told off for it because that wasn't what the lesson was about that day. However, her academic side is much to be desired. She is one who doesn't study and prefers to do other things instead such as volleyball, gaming, food, chasing after idols, or evening during early canon hoping to find a boyfriend.
While Minako is Sailor Venus and the soldier of love and beauty, Minako herself was never one to openly admit how she felt about someone right off the bat. Choosing to write letters for her very first love (one of many that she declares as such later) in the first chapter or going as far as to do her best to help them out in the best way possible, even if it ends up with them with someone else, which happened quite often. Even when it happens, she is pretty quick to get over it and move on to the next one.
Minako is not one to do things in the most ladylike manner and comes across more like a tomboy in the way she speaks and acts, going as far as to for example be willing to jump over walls and get her clothes dirty if it means she can get to a place much quicker. This is the exact opposite of what one might think about if one mentions Venus. However, Minako is always quick to react to those who mention that she isn't at all feminine making her seem insecure about this fact even going as far as to ask herself if she could make herself prettier after asking if a rather feminine looking girl was a crushes type and even going as far as to wear a red ribbon after he suggested it.
While she has these sides of herself as Minako, she is also very much like other girls. Cheerful for one, getting excited over things she loves with others, a girl who seems to find it easy to talk to strangers even though she probably doesn't know them very well such as when she met someone who created the manga she loved, she had no clue it was them at the time and easily befriended them, and a girl who for the most part really hasn't cried a lot. Overall she just can come across as a normal teenager.
As Sailor Venus, she is pretty much the leader of the inner Sailor scouts, minus Usagi who is the princess and the one they have sworn to protect at all costs. When we see her in the Sailor Moon manga, you can see that she has the leadership qualities one needs to be able to do it. Before that, she had never really taken the job at all seriously when she was just known as Sailor V which in part could be because she was just 13 at the time and because as a teenager she had in her mind priorities of boys and other things. But with the experience and certain situations that occurred, she had slowly learned how to be a leader over time and has a better understanding of the situation and choose to accept what she had to do and what she has to give up in order to fulfill that.
That is another part about Minako, how she is willing to give up the dreams or even her life if it is to protect Usagi. An event with Phantom Ace or Adonis as he was known in their previous life has told her that Usagi or her duty will always be the thing that she picks over anything else and it is something that Minako herself has stated with the line 'I've long had someone. My one and only, to whom I have devoted my life.'
Minako does have her doubts, especially when it comes to her wondering if she was a good enough leader and her worries about people finding out at the time that she couldn't transform while the rest of them were easily able to. It was something that she didn't want to be open or honest about due to her position. Due to her duties as a Sailor Guardian, she has her worries about if she would be able to make her dreams of becoming an idol a reality, but this for the most part does get put to the side often as mentioned above she will just always put Usagi first and forgo any desires should it be needed.
Overall Minako has two sides to herself: Minako - The carefree, hyperactive, slightly insecure sometimes, tomboyish girl who falls in love at the drop of a hat and that never really lasts for very long before she is on to the next one and has dreams of being an idol and then you have Venus - Serious, confident and ready to risk her life at the drop of a hat no questions asked. Two completely different sides all forming one girl.

Warping:
For being able to warp Minako's abilities is one way is her healing abilities to take a lot longer than it would normally. If a bone were to break then it would take twice as long than it perhaps would normally.
Another way to warp Minako's abilities is in her transformation itself. I would like for Minako to have a hard time being able to even transform and if she tries it will require a lot of energy in order to do so. If she has to use it multiple times in a short amount of time then the required energy it will use increases and so will drain her much faster.
If you think I could do more, I will be happy to do exactly that.

Aug. 19th, 2020 01:24 pmThe scene is one of a space battle. There is the Voidtrecker Express, longer than how you know it, curved on a train track hanging in the nothing of space. Around it is a shimmery bubble, some sort of shield, considering the train doors are opening and inside the doors stand Voidtreckers, in space suits, helmets off until they are ready to move through that bubble.
The train isn’t fighting. No the battle is being fought between giant robots and much smaller fighter jets. A quick look around will show quickly that the Voidtreckers are piloting some of the fighter jets.
There is a planet nearby and a whole set of space stations, including what looks like a train station, the train station is jet black and on the side, in proud gold letters: Home Station of the Voidtrecker Express
The Voidtreckers are wining. Not everyone fighting in the small fighters are wearing Voidtrecker uniform, some are in regular space suits. Most seem human but there are a few different aliens around. Most of those in the space craft are dressed in purple, up in one of the space stations there seem to be a group of orange team, fixing something on the outside.
”Glad we called you guys in. You’ve turned the tide in less than an hour.”
The voice seems to be over comms, spoken from one of the non Voidtrecker pilots.
Then out of the space around them, a darkening of the sky. There are no clouds in space, but these are shapes, appearing, blotting out the stars.
There is a moment, a moment of absolute stillness, a confused pause. The firing stops for a moment, both from the pilots and the robots.
“Intel on our new visitors Voidtreckers?”
“Negative” A man’s voice. “We are running some scans, to try and identify them.”
Inside the luggage compartment of the voidtrecker express a handful of worried looking Blue Team appear. A young man in red is there to meet them, looking worried.
“We can’t gauge the threat leve...”
There are no earthquakes in space either but that sure is what it feels like. A rumble that seems to shake the very universe itself. A silence, a silence so terrible, as if the whole of existence is holding it’s breath.
A bright light, blinding. The Voidtrecker Express moves, slamming into the void.
“Take us back!” A girl who seems no more than twenty, dressed in Blue, is stood in the Luggage compartment, she yells at no one. ”Take us back!”
The train shudders again and once again they are in space…
It’s the same place, except it is not. There is no planet. No robots, no shining station. No shapes. Just floating debris.

The Voidtreckers have gathered now. Stood in the dining carriage. Almost all of them are Red team, Blue team are the next largest followed by a small handful of oranges. There are only two Purple team members. About eighty people all told. All young, none older than their mid twenties. All looking shocked, angry, grieved.
“We need to go back!” The girl in blue demands again.
“We are back Vian. This is… Was...” The man in red breaks off, angrily turning to punch the table.
“No. I mean back back.” They turn to look at Vian, whose face has tear tracks, but is filled with determination. “If this isn’t a catastrophe then what is? We can go back. Fix it.”
“We failed Vian. We don’t get second chances.” The voice isn’t harsh, a woman in orange, shook her head. “We can’t go where we’ve already been. You know that Vian… We’ve failed worlds before...”
“This isn’t just any failed mission.” There were tears in Vian’s eyes. “Is it possible?” She looks at another girl in orange, a girl who seems almost human apart from the silvery markings, almost like tatoos, covering her skin. “Xela?”
Xela doesn’t look like she wants to answer that question. But all eyes are on her. “Yes. It’s possible. But not allowed. Dangerous. Highly risky.”
“We just lost everything Xe.” This is another man in red, anger tingeing his voice. “Can you do it?”
The handful of Orange team look at each other, gather close and have a quick, whispered discussion. It seems heated but eventually they part slightly. The others stand silently, a tense, terrible silence. All of those in Red team look as if they were trying their hardest not to punch anything.
Xela looks over. “It is possible if you give the order, Vian. You hold the highest rank now.” She gives Vian a long, hard look. “On your head be it.”
Every eye turns to Vian and she closes her eyes, a beat. “Do it.”
The memory ends.

There are only two Purple team members. About eighty people all told. All young, none older than their mid twenties. All looking shocked, angry, grieved.
“We need to go back!” The girl in blue demands again.
“We are back Vian. This is… Was...” The man in red breaks off, angrily turning to punch the table.
“No. I mean back back.” They turn to look at Vian, whose face has tear tracks, but is filled with determination. “If this isn’t a catastrophe then what is? We can go back. Fix it.”
“We failed Vian. We don’t get second chances.” The voice isn’t harsh, a woman in orange, shook her head. “We can’t go where we’ve already been. You know that Vian… We’ve failed worlds before...”
“This isn’t just any failed mission.” There were tears in Vian’s eyes. “Is it possible?” She looks at another girl in orange, a girl who seems almost human apart from the silvery markings, almost like tatoos, covering her skin. “Xela?”
Xela doesn’t look like she wants to answer that question. But all eyes are on her. “Yes. It’s possible. But not allowed. Dangerous. Highly risky.”
“We just lost everything Xe.” This is another man in red, anger tingeing his voice. “Can you do it?”
The handful of Orange team look at each other, gather close and have a quick, whispered discussion. It seems heated but eventually they part slightly. The others stand silently, a tense, terrible silence. All of those in Red team look as if they were trying their hardest not to punch anything.
Xela looks over. “It is possible if you give the order, Vian. You hold the highest rank now.” She gives Vian a long, hard look. “On your head be it.”
Every eye turns to Vian and she closes her eyes, a beat. “Do it.”
The memory ends.
Minako's Positive Memory: Finally being able to beat a certain score.
Minako always enjoyed the arcade and would normally get looked at when she went because very rarely did girls go on. But she just wanted to play games. Currently, she had been a little bit focused on one particular game called Sailor V. Yet she cannot for whatever reason see an ending in sight and other people were wanting to try and play, but she was still on it.
Next to her sat a white cat with a crescent moon on its forehead. "Good, good. you've gotten a lot better Minako." It wasn't obvious just who was talking to her, but considering Minako's eyes were on the screen so it wasn't obvious just who it was. "Think so? I keep playing but I don't see any signs of an ending coming up. I keep trying to spot a pattern, but there isn't one. This is hard." Which usually video games had some kind of end in mind or goal that one needed to get to. So it was a little strange for the blonde and admittedly a tiny bit frustrating too.
But it soon became obvious just who she was talking to. It seemed that the only person around her was in fact the cat. "That's because you choose the ending yourself, Minako." Minako paused and it seemed like the character she was playing as had been beaten and the game over screen was in place. She was a little confused over what he meant by that. "I do?" She asked both the cat and maybe a bit to herself before it dawned on her just how long she had been sitting there. Slowly turning her head she spotted two boys nearby and realized maybe they wanted to have a turn.
With a slight blush, she got up off the seat and stepped to the side. "Oh, you want to place the Sailor V game, be my guest? I have been hogging it haven't I?" With a slight chuckle she moved on, the guys seemed happier that they finally got a chance to play as the cat had hopped off and was nearby while Minako looked around for the next game to play.
She soon paused on one she hadn't played in a while. "Come to think of it, I haven't played Lovely Fight for a while, so maybe I will give that a try." she went to sit down as she soon started to play and something happened. Her movements were better than they had been before, she was figuring out how to deal with bad guys she was struggling with before and before she knew it she had the high score which was enough to get her to cheer happily. It seemed as though others had taken notice and had started and had gathered, but Minako just seemed to be so happy that finally, after the many tries she had before and failed to beat that score she could now happily say she has the high score.
Negative Emotion: Venus Remembering her past self and her love fortune being told
Venus had to make sure that everyone that was in there at least got out. She had called for those to get out as it was going to collapse, but she herself stopped for a moment, looking at a crumbling palace that had been used for filming before. But... it seemed so familiar to her but she couldn't figure out why at first.
As she scanned quickly she saw a figure. Phantom Ace; the person she herself had grown to care for. Moving to yelled toward him about him being in danger before she herself got knocked out by a piece of a crumbling pillar of sorts, but thankfully it didn't manage to knock her out but instead ended up falling to the floor.
While the place crumbled around her she couldn't help but feel so helpless. her mind her thoughts rang throughout her head 'While I lie here helpless the people I love are getting caught in the inferno. No. How could I be so helpless... I can't let it happen again.' And while the thought went through her head, she slowly moved to be on her knees, all the while and for a brief moment, her mind remembered a beautiful figure. Long blond hair trailing down with little buns on top and soon the masked blonde screams.
It was within that moment when she opens her eyes that memories swirled through her head. She saw her and some other girls whom she didn't recognize around the blonde she had seen before. Who were they? Why did that one girl look like her? Was that actually her? They all seemed happy and content at least. The young woman's outfit had changes as she looked over once more at Ace who seemed to be standing in mist as if waiting for her.
Slowly she takes off her mask looking over at her as the white-haired man finally spoke, turning his head to look at the side while the blonde watched on. "So you came out alright, Princess of Venus? It gets misty here a lot at this film shoot location, this time of year."
Venus looked at the mist in question as soon a memory of her palace appeared, one that was near the planet Venus her Magellan Castle. It was hers and she had lived here. But soon the young woman shook her head looking down, the mask now dropping to the ground. "No, the princess isn't me. I'm a warrior, the guardian of the morning star, Sailor Venus. A champion born to protect one, and only one, very important person." As she spoke those words she looked up only to have a script be put in front of her, causing her to become surprised.
Ace had been the one to hold it in front of her, his own mask till on his face "Shall we begin filming the climactic scene? It's a story of a princess who was left abandoned and bereft of memory. This is the scene where she is led to her home county. It starts with the princess... your line." Once the script was in her hand he moved his hands to gently touch the others elbows. Venus herself wasn't sure what to think except to look down briefly at the script itself.
"...is this truly my country?" She had read what was written as they stood near the edge which if either of them fell off would probably kill them. Ace himself stayed where he was "the country you loved. The people you loved no longer exist. The enemy destroyed it all." He moved as he spoke to wrap his arms around her in a hug, cause Minako to drop the script she had in hand and soon yelled at him to stop looking up at him in a panic as she was trying to figure something out.
"Ace! Just who are you? How did you know that I was born on Venus?" Because who else could know such a thing, something even wasn't fully aware of until recently. The man named Ace had soon let go and stepped back and removed his own mask and within a moment a mark slowly appeared on his head "I am Adonis. One who loved you from afar. the one you should be with. The love you could never find."
The mark itself was a surprise to venus as she knew it was a mark of a Morningstar protector, someone who was from Venus too. Before she could say anything the young man continued to speak. "But you don't know me. In my previous life, I was an unimportant landless warrior from the hinderlands. You used to live in the palace looking down upon Venus. A chosen shining symbol of strength, a Sailor guardian." He paused for a moment as venus was still trying to take everything in. It was quite a lot to know that the person before her was someone who actually knew of her yet she never knew of him.
"And soon we were enlisted to fight in a war on the moon's master planet. As soldiers under the direct command on the prince. I never thought I'd meet my gorgeous goddess of beauty and war." Ace paused as if pondering something before briefly turning away, mask back on his face "Come to think about it, you were always falling in love back then too." Venus felt her brow twitching slightly as it became clear that she was annoyed at least or just downright angry to yell "What did you just say?!"
But the anger was rather short-lived as Ace had turned around his left hand gently touching the others cheek less teasing now than he had been before, going back to being rather serious. "Back then I thought if the clock of fate had turned slightly differently then we might have become lovers." His hands slowly moved away, "But there is only one fate allowed to us..."
He soon pulled out a card in his left hand, held inbetween his fingers "I was born again to this world and I was promoted to a position where I can now stand again you!" The moment he raised the hand with the card within a powerful attack appeared like lightening towards there point as Venus jumped back, shocked about what just happened as well as confused. After all, this was the same guy who had helped her a few times. It just didn't make sense.
"Burt I believed you!" She yelled as he seemed to be sending out attack after attack which she had to deal with, choosing not to attack the other but instead at best avoid the attacks. "You always, always came to my rescue, didn't you Ace?!" It just didn't make sense as to why he would do that and now this, but it seemed the other had answers for her, happily telling her with another attack. "I am now a member of an organization that will rule the whole world. I am a servant of the Four Kings of Heaven pf the Dark Kingdom! I am Danburite! And you Sailor Venus are my enemy"
Those were words she had not heard before. Dark kingdom? Four Kings of Heaven. That was new information to her, but she didn't have enough time to really ponder it too much as it seemed like another attack was coming her way. There was nothing she did do and instead unleashed her own attack, hitting the other directly, mask destroyed, and sending him flying towards the edge of what seemed to be a cliff of some sort.
Realizing what she had just done, she was quick to start running over, calling out the other's name before grabbing his hand and stopped him at least for the time being from falling to his death. A lot of thought were going through her mind 'Was it fate? Did this have to happen?' She gripped him, trying her best to not let him go.
But within she felt sad, she knew why because no matter what this probably wasn't going to end up well "Is it my fate to have the man I love, murdered by my own hand?" It was a simple question and as Ace looked up to her he used his free hand to reveal a card: the Ace of Hearts. "As a final act I will tell your love fortune. Your love...will never be granted for all eternity." Her eyes widen as he spoke. What... did he mean? It will never be granted. It wasn't something that made her happy and it was clear in her face.
Ace looked up at her, a little confused. "What's wrong with you? You should be happy at that? Your love or your duty. Now you can live the rest of your life never having to worry about the tortures of deciding between them."
It was the end for Ace, nothing more Venus could do as she held his hand as his body slowly disintegrated and the last thing that was said was simply "Your fate is to battle on because your true battle starts now." And with that, he was gone. There was nothing left in her hand but emptiness and sadness.
Slowly she moved her hands closer to herself, tears filling her eyes as they soon fell from her eyes down into the depths below. There was nothing more to it. With a few more tears lose to the great beyond she spoke "To carry out my true duty... UI was given a borrowed form, a disguise, and that disguise has been my entire being until now... until I awakened." She slowly started to stand up, eyes still looking on at the floor "I have precious comrades that I must locate." She soon started to look up, tears still formed but not falling and starting to look more determined.
"They're in Tokyo that is the feeling I get. I wonder. Have I fully awakened?" That was a question that was answered by the white cat that was close by who simply stated yes, she had. She moved to pick him up, her tears now finally gone her mind was on her new mission. To find her comrades and to find that precious person.

She was out of bed, bed head, and all as she went to the bathroom to brush her teeth and check her hair briefly Once her teeth were as sparkly as they were going to be she headed off to get out of her pajamas and into something else, her school uniform. It was simply enough to put on as she brushed it down making sure nothing was on it.
Soon she went to grab her ribbon and with care managed to put it in her hair while looking in the mirror. As soon as she was done she glanced at the mirror before going to grab her things, some toast, and put her shoes on while her food was in her mouth "Okay, love you good bye~ Se you later." She yells at her parents toast in hand as she soon rushed out and off for another day of school with her friends.

Minako is from a pretty much normal earth in an area of Tokyo called Shiba Koen in the Minato ward. There isn't much of a difference between our earth and hers. The only exceptions are the fact that there are actually ruins on the moon due to the fact there was once life on there and a kingdom called the Silver Millenium.

When we first meet Minako in the Sailor V manga, Minako is shown to be someone on the athletic side, even going as far as to attempt a tricky move on the bars on the first page of the manga. She was shown to have the confidence to even attempt such a trick, even if it meant she got told off for it because that wasn't what the lesson was about that day. However, her academic side is much to be desired. She is one who doesn't study and prefers to do other things instead such as volleyball, gaming, food, chasing after idols or evening during early canon hoping to find a boyfriend.
While Minako is Sailor Venus and the soldier of love and beauty, Minako herself was never one to openly admit how she felt about someone right off the bat. Choosing to write letters for her very first love (one of many that she declares as such later) in the first chapter or going as far as to do her best to help them out in the best way possible, even if it ends up with them with someone else, which happened quite often. Even when it happens, she is pretty quick to get over it and move on to the next one.
Minako is not one to do things in the most ladylike manner and comes across more like a tomboy in the way she speaks and acts, going as far as to for example be willing to jump over walls and get her clothes dirty if it means she can get to a place much quicker. This is the exact opposite of what one might think about if one mentions Venus. However, Minako is always quick to react to those who mention that she isn't at all feminine making her seem insecure about this fact even going as far as to ask herself if she could make herself prettier after asking if a rather feminine looking girl was a crushes type and even going as far as to wear a red ribbon before he suggested it.
While she has these sides of herself as Minako, she is also very much like other girls. Cheerful for one, getting excited over things she loves with others, a girl who seems to find it easy to talk to strangers even though she probably doesn't know them very well such as when she met someone who created the manga she loved, she had no clue it was them at the time and easily befriended them, and a girl who for the most part really hasn't cried a lot. Overall she just can come across as a normal teenager.
As Sailor Venus, she is pretty much the leader of the inner Sailor scouts, minus Usagi who is the princess and the one they have sworn to protect at all costs. When we see her in the Sailor Moon manga, you can see that she has the leadership qualities one needs to be able to do it. Before that, she had never really taken the job at all seriously when she was just known as Sailor V which in part could be because she was just 13 at the time and because as a teenager she had in her mind priorities of boys and other things. But with the experience and certain situations that occurred, she had slowly learned how to be a leader over time and has a better understanding of the situation and choose to accept what she had to do and what she has to give up in order to fulfill that.
That is another part about Minako, how she is willing to give up the dreams or even her life if it is to protect Usagi. Events have told her that Usagi or her duty will always be the thing that she picks over anything else and it is something that Minako herself has stated with the line 'I've long had someone. My one and only, to whom I have devoted my life.'
Minako does have her doubts, especially when it comes to her wondering if she was a good enough leader. Due to her duties as a Sailor Guardian, she has her worries about if she would be able to make her dreams of becoming an idol a reality.

Duty - A lot of Minako's arc during Codename Sailor V was basically taking her job seriously This is a theme that continuously cropped up till the end of that manga in which she was told she would always pick it over love.
Sacrifice - With her duty being the number one thing and protecting the princess at any cost equals a few things. Being able to let go of the things one might want in order to do that duty. Minako herself understands she will always pick Usagi over her dreams of love and being an idol.
Main Motivation:
To protect Usagi at all costs as she is to become Queen in their world someday.
Skills:
Venus Crystal Power, Make Up - This is the phase used by Minako to be able to transform into Sailor Venus
Venus Love and Beauty Shock - With this attack, Minako's Love Chain gained a new ability that when used will unleash a powerful blast of energy when she holds the chain out in front of her.
Given her sporty side to herself and the fact she's had some form of training from video games, Minako is physically capable to cause even if it is a little bit of damage to her enemy. It also makes her a little bit more flexible when it comes down to it as well.
