During her time in Deerington she has only really made one close piece of CR that I will make a note of here and that is of Vira-Lorr. They started off with playful teasing and light flirting. Minako enjoying the attention it brought her. But as time went on Minako realised that the two of them honestly had a good few things in common and this is in part what lead to them eventually deciding to give a relationship a go.

For Minako actually being in a relationship is a rather huge deal considering she had long accepted that it might not happen and had come to be okay with that. It shows that she has grown a bit in that aspect that yes she can find love and still be able to do her job and put it first.

In game Minako had a moment with Makoto who at the time was dealing with her boyfriend waking up. Minako used that time to open up, soemthing she had never done before and talked about Phantom Ace. This is someone who for the most part is important to Minako and to open up finally to one of her team mates about him and about what happened to get them to understand that she gets it shows that Minako finally is okay to being open about things that have happened and shows just how close she is to her team mates not just as Scouts but as really close friends.

Now for the negatives. The incident involving Serenity (Usagi) and the death of both her and Makoto really hit Minako in a rather massive negative way. Minako herself when it was all over started to get a sense of blaming herself internally. Thinking that she was not strong enough or smart enough to do anything. SHe felt useless in that she didn't do anything to try and stop it even though nothing could have honestly been done.

It's still something that affects Minako as Minako now takes mistakes or failures a lot more harshly than she might have done previous, perhaps maybe going as far as to over do things in the future if she feels like that will help. She even had shown signs of this at least once in game when as Venus she went out and fought monsters to the point of near exhaustion. The only reason it never got worse in that instance was because of interference.

Another negative that happened in game was Minako's own indecisiveness due to the lack of understanding to the whole egg situation. Due to not really knowing about each person the egg belongs to beyond well... her own. Minako had to make a choice based on what she was told from her friends. It shows that there are times Minako even though she is a leaded can and will make choices based on what others are doing. Plus she also feels bad that she might have made the wrong choice due to again not understanding certain people.

Deer Country Attributes

• Canon Powers:
Venus Crystal Power, Make Up - This is the phase used by Minako to be able to transform into Sailor Venus. The crystal in question is essentially a part of her and is what she uses in order to transform. If anyone was able to get their hands on it she would essentially die much like the others.

As Sailor Venus she herself is able to use a few attacks which are as follows:

Venus Love Me Chain - This attack is a simple one that uses the belt she wears as Sailor Venus to attack the enemy. With this attack, she uses for pretty much like one would a sword. She can also use it to grab someone if, for example, they are trying to get away.

Rolling Heart Vibration - This attack that she uses sends out an attack from her hands, usually this attack is heart-shaped towards the enemy.

Venus Love and Beauty Shock - With this attack, Minako's Love Chain gained a new ability that when used will unleash a powerful blast of energy when she holds the chain out in front of her.

Sailor Planet Attack - With all the other Sailor Senshi they are together able to perform an attack against someone using the powers of their respective planet together.

Compact - This item has been used a lot during Codename Sailor V and at least once in Sailor Moon. With this compact Minako in Salior V used it to fire an attack known as Crescent Beam and another known as Love Crescent Shower. It was also used to be able to give her a disguise whenever she asked for it. Although it wasn't shown in the Sailor Moon manga until one scene later on, but it shows that she still carries it on her person.

Athletic:
Given her sporty side to herself and the fact she's had some form of training from video games, Minako is physically capable to cause even if it is a little bit of damage to her enemy. It also makes her a little bit more flexible when it comes down to it as well.

Healing:
Much like the others, Minako's healing seems to be a little bit fast than that of a normal person as when she gets hurt they seem to be better not too long afterward.

Glamour:
Much like the others when Minako is Sailor venus and vice versa people are unable to tell one from the other even if you manage to put a picture of the two together. The only exception of this is if she is caught just before or after a transformation and if leaving the area where Venus was or of course those who can see through things like that.

• Blood Power Manifestation:
Minako's blood manifestation will be all about emotional control. Singing certain styles of songs will help someone's emotional state depending on what she sings. She could help calm someone down if they are angry, cheer them up if they are sad so long as she sings the correct song. Singing the wrong one could turn out vastly different. I haven't 100% nailed down the exacts of what emotional control she can do but that is pretty much the basics of it that will of course change most likely over time.

But it's a method that both works for Minako as a character and for what I am hoping to do with her in game.

To note her blood abilities will be stronger than her canon powers. This is mostly so I can play Minako in a way without relying on her Venus abilities.
