PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Minako is the type that if you want or need a hug, she will give it to you. So yes everything is okay in the physical affection since she would be okay with it in return.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Considering she fights in canon it would be weird for me to say no in this instance. So permissions here.
ROMANCE/FLIRTING: ...It's Minako.the thing she wants most is a boyfriend. Flirting would of course get reactions and basically...go for it. Would again have been odd if I went no because...Minako.
SEXUAL CONTENT: Considering she is underage for that type of thing art the moment it would be a no go for obvious reasons, but once she hits 18 and she has a very close romantic bond then obviously we'll talk, but until then it's a no go.
PSYCHIC ABILITIES: If anyone has such things I would like it to more be discussed first and foremost so we can talk about what can and cannot be seen.

MEDICAL INFORMATION:
permissions are being given here, but again if anything is used on Minako I would like to talk about it before it happens and not just have it happen.

N/A I cannot say 100% what might be a trigger for Minako, this is something I tend to figure out as a go.

BACKTAGGING: I enjoy backtagging,, more so since it is something I do myself. At best I try and keep tags hanging for 1 day at best, if I am having a not good time it might be longer, it all depends, but back tagging is a-ok.
FOURTH WALLING: I find with people forth walling but not having people be outright knowing that she is Sailor Venus, but that is about the extent of it.
THREADHOPPING: I am usually okay with this.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS/TRIGGERS: I think the only thing that I can think of out of the top of my head is too much gore. That and I figured out after RP that I am not a fan of torture either after having tried that in another game. If it is psychological I perfectly fine with that, but if it is physically...not so much. It would need to have a long discussion.
